RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day return period, you can place a return request.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 4-5 working days.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Store Credit)

Once we receive your item and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, our CRM team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your Tina The Label Account.

If a user completes placing an order via RazorPay payment method, they will be eligible for the refund amount in form of store credits.

Exchanges

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day exchange period.
Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.

Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the order.
